Through intense, individualized physical and mental coaching, the Dallas- based gym provides a path for adaptive athletes to find confidence, mobility, and above all, hope. Through an army of support, trust, and renewed autonomy, ATF creates a paradigm shift from defining oneself through a lens of impairment to one that is filled with possibility. ATF redefines limits for wounded veterans and individuals with life-altering physical challenges and sets the standard of excellence for adaptive training. ATF is diligently defining the methodology for this innovative physical training and the mental affect of hope restoration. ###### Share: [** ](https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.adaptivetrainingfoundation.org%2Fmedia) [** ](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.adaptivetrainingfoundation.org%2Fmedia&text=ATF+Media+%7C+Watch+the+Athletes+in+Action) [** ](https://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.adaptivetrainingfoundation.org%2Fmedia&title=ATF+Media+%7C+Watch+the+Athletes+in+Action&summary==Watch+the+Athletes+of+the+Adaptive+Training+Foundation+overcome+and+defy+the+impossible.+Learn+More+About+AdaptiveTraining+for+those+with+Physical+Disabilities.+)                   ### ATF in the News ![image column 1 widget_1603570227005](https://f.hubspotusercontent20.net/hubfs/8334379/screenshot-www.menshealth.com-2020.10.24-15_16_31.png) ![image column 2 widget_1603570227005](https://8334379.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na2.net/hubfs/8334379/MakaylaNoble-63%20(1).jpg) ![image column 3 widget_1603570227005](https://f.hubspotusercontent20.net/hubfs/8334379/screenshot-medium.com-2020.10.24-15_15_39.png) ![image column 4 widget_1603570227005](https://8334379.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/8334379/Kevin%20Trimble.jpeg) ##### ABOUT US ABOUT US ##### PROGRAMS PROGRAMS ##### Contact Us Contact Us **GYM & MAILING ADDRESS:** 4125 Old Denton Rd.
