Meet Adaptive Athlete : Graciela Quiroz

Originally from Lima, Peru, Grace came to the states 20 years ago. She enjoys reading, meditating, watching movies, cooking, and exercising. She’s always enjoyed exercising, however, the way she works out changed after November 29, 2014, when she got in an accident while at a trampoline park for her youngest son’s birthday party.

 

After having an incomplete spinal cord injury, exercising seemed impossible, but then she heard about ATF from a friend a couple of years ago. She applied, got into the program, and never looked back.

 

Through ATF, Grace’s goal is simple: to regain her strength.
