Jedidiah Snelson

DOB: 1980

DOI: January 26th, 2014

PATHOLOGY: Spinal Cord Injury

Jedidiah Snelson

Jedidiah grew up in Buhl, Idaho. From a young age, he had a deep passion for racing and riding dirt bikes. In January of 2014, Jedidiah was in a dirt bike accident that left him paralyzed. Through his recovery process, he came to accept things and believes God has plans for him. He found Adaptive CrossFit and has been pouring himself into that outlet over the past decade post-injury, growing and trying to become the best version of himself.

Jedidiah wants to use his experience in Hyper to view fitness from a new perspective and to gain more knowledge he can use both as an athlete and as a coach. His ultimate goal is to coach other athletes in the pursuit of their goals and to gain more confidence and independence through physical fitness.
