During two different deployments to Iraq, Sophia experienced trauma in the form of a TBI and PTSD. Additionally, she fell 200 ft from a waterfall which resulted in a major brain injury as well.
Sophia would love to regain her love for fitness and strength. As a former body builder and active individual, she has lost that drive and is hoping this opportunity at ATF will ignite her mind and spirit once again.
