Brad Priester

Brad grew up in Saint Augustine, Florida. He was very active in the outdoors growing up, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout and competing on baseball and swim teams. Brad enlisted in the Air Force after high school, working on support equipment for aircraft such as bomblifts and generators. In 2003, he was diagnosed with Henoch Scholein Purpura, a rare autoimmune disorder. It caused kidney failure and polymyositis, resulting in severely reduced flexion in his legs and upper body.

Brad wants to be an ambassador for adaptive sports in his community. He wants to use his Hyper experience to work on his pull-ups, learn to be more patient and content in life, and learn more about adaptations he can use in his workouts.
