Class 25 Jacob Geiger wide (1)

Jake grew up in the North Richland Hills area of Dallas, TX. His childhood was spent practicing martial arts, and he also loved gaming. Jake graduated high school in 2013, and a few years later enlisted in the military. He served five years in the Marine Corps and he specialized as a Field Radio Operator.

In March of 2019, only a month after getting out of the Marine Corps, Jake was riding his motorcycle when he was hit by a truck. The impact from the accident left Jake paralyzed from the waist down. Since his accident, Jake has been adjusting to many changes in his life.

Through the nine weeks spent at ATF, Jake is ready to overcome obstacles that he has faced in the past few years with a community of support around him. Jake isn’t afraid to push himself physically, but also wants to discover ways to help manage his chronic nerve pain.
