Are you ready to ReDefine your life?

Prepare for a 10-week journey designed to empower adaptive athletes by unlocking your physical and mental potential while fostering a community of support.

PHYSICAL

Your body is capable of more than you ever imagined. Through a focus on pain reduction, functional strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and mobility, ReDefine athletes break through perceived limitations and unlock physical abilities far beyond the constraints of their diagnosis.

TRAINING 3X PER WEEK
ACCESS TO RECOVERY MODALITIES
ON-SITE NUTRITION EDUCATION

MENTAL

Your mind is your most powerful tool. Beyond the physical, ReDefine tackles the mental barriers that often hold athletes back, with 15-minute RECHARGE sessions before and after every workout. These mindfulness and meditation practices help participants reduce stress, overcome PTS, and set intentional goals, strengthening their mental resilience to achieve what others deem impossible.

COMMUNITY

We don’t just train athletes—we build a family. Aiming to create an army of support, trust, and renewed autonomy, ATF fosters a paradigm shift from defining oneself through a lens of impairment to one that is filled with possibilities. The program culminates in a 10th-week REDEPLOY trip—a celebration of their journey and accomplishments. Through adaptive sports like skiing, surfing, mountain biking, and rock climbing, athletes not only test their newfound capabilities but also forge lifelong relationships.
