Andrew Frank

Andrew Frank has always been drawn to activities that challenged both his body and his mind. Growing up, he was deeply involved in his church community and continues to serve as a youth leader today. He also loved rock climbing, working out, and riding motorcycles. For Andrew, being active was about more than fitness, it was about feeling free, challenged and fully engaged in the world around him. He also studied welding at Collin College and earned his welding certifications.

On July 23, 2025, Andrew’s life changed after a motorcycle accident in McKinney, Texas. Despite the severity of the accident, Andrew credits his faith and his relationship with Jesus for helping him maintain perspective. From the moment he regained consciousness, he believed there was still a purpose for his life. He has allowed himself to acknowledge the difficult emotions without allowing them to become the place where he stays.

Now, Andrew wants to discover just how much he is capable of. He hopes to eventually compete at the highest levels of adaptive sport, with the goal of becoming a Paralympic athlete. He is already competing in adaptive pickleball and has found that same competitive drive he loved before his injury. At ReDefine, he wants to build strength, gain confidence and learn to fully process what happened so that he can use his experience to help others. His goal isn't simply to adapt to his new life, it’s to push beyond what he thought was possible.
