Meet Adaptive Athlete: Jeremy Fullard

Jeremy Fullard

SrA Jeremy Fullard served eight years in the Air Force working to optimize HVAC systems. While serving, Jeremy had a car accident and knocked down a power line, unaware that a live wire was on the ground. Upon exiting his vehicle, he stepped on the wire and was electrocuted causing him to lose his left leg, toes on his right foot. His left hand also had to be reconstructed.

 

Jeremy now has found adaptive sports as his outlet. He has big goals and wants to pursue the Paralympics. He has many interests including weight lifting, running, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair football, or shooting.
