Kyle Maynard

Kyle Maynard grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, where sports became an important part of his life from an early age. He competed in football, wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, finding challenge and purpose in pushing himself physically. After leaving the University of Georgia in 2004, Kyle pursued a career as a professional speaker, sharing his experiences and perspective with audiences around the world.

Born with a limb difference, Kyle has never known life any other way. Rather than viewing his adaptation as something he had to overcome, he sees his lifelong experience as an advantage, one that has taught him to adapt, problem-solve and keep moving forward without comparing his abilities to anyone else's.

Now, Kyle is looking to rededicate himself to health and performance. Turning 40 has reinforced for him how important it is to continue challenging himself physically and taking care of his body. The last few years haven't gone the way he hoped, but ReDefine represents an opportunity to reset, recommit and make the years ahead as purposeful and disciplined as possible.
