Kyle Patterson 26 Wide

Fitness has always been an essential part of Kyle’s life. Growing up in Fort Worth, TX, Kyle loved competition and found ways to continually challenge all aspects of his mind, body, and spirit. It was fitting that he joined the US Marine Corps right after graduation in 2017.

Kyle served as a mortar man with the majority of his contract as a part of a sniper platoon, including a combat deployment to Iraq with a sniper team. On May 29th, 2020, Kyle was in a training accident involving a mortar resulting in severe trauma to his right hand. After many attempts to reconstruct, Kyle opted for amputation in December 2020.

An isolated recovery process was a double-edged sword for Kyle. On one end, it helped him grow mentally stronger, but it also took a toll on his mental state. He clung to his love of fitness to keep moving forward.

As Kyle continues to sharpen himself, he will regain a community to be improving alongside. His goal is to spend intentional time building muscle mass and combating negativity that creeps in. He is also looking forward to elevating his purpose and finding avenues to inspire others.
