Meet Adaptive Athlete: Tim Ellis

Cpt Tim Ellis had a 12 year military career working in logistics. While on a deployment to Afghanistan in 2011, Tim was in close proximity to an explosion resulting in his traumatic brain injury. Since getting out of the military he’s had multiple surgeries, mainly to repair his knee.

 

As an active individual, Tim wants to use his time at ATF to gain more knowledge in how to take care of his body, including muscle recovery and eating cleanly. He’s also looking forward to networking and learning from other individuals.
